NSFW AI video generator help center
Learn how to create consent-first text-to-video and image-to-video generations, choose settings, track tasks, and manage credits.
Use these guides to move from your first prompt to a finished AI video.
Create your first AI video
Choose Text to Video or Image to Video, enter a detailed prompt, select an available model and output settings, review the credit estimate, and start generating.
Track generation tasks
Monitor each task in the Workspace. When generation finishes, play the video from the output panel.
Understand generation credits
Review the credit requirement shown for the selected model and output settings, then check your current balance in Credits.
Resolve generation issues
If a task fails or a video does not load, keep your current setup, adjust the prompt or settings when needed, and try again.
Choose the right starting tool
Use Text to Video when the scene is still an idea. Use Image to Video when you have an image you created or are authorized to process. Text to Image develops an original still, while Image to Image requests a new version of an authorized source.
Prepare an authorized image upload
The uploader accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 5 MB each. The selected live model determines how many source or reference images are required or allowed. Use a clear image whose subject is visibly adult, and upload it only when you have the rights and informed consent required.
Check the live model and settings
The live model catalog controls which models, resolutions, durations, aspect ratios, input requirements, and Credit estimates are available. Static guides do not override the current Workspace. If a control is absent, do not assume the selected model supports it.
Review and download a completed result
When a generation is complete, review it in the output panel. Signed-in generations also appear in private History, where a completed image or video can be opened and downloaded. Download only media you are legally entitled to keep or share.
Understand Credit settlement after a failure
A request can reserve Credits while its task is unresolved. The service settles or releases those Credits according to the final task outcome, and confirmation can take time. Check the task status and Credits before retrying. A browser timeout alone does not prove the task completed or that Credits were finally consumed.
Resolve a billing, cancellation, or refund question
Use Pricing to compare published offers and Billing in the Workspace to review subscription state. The Refund Policy explains the current eligibility window, unused-Credit requirement, duplicate-charge review, cancellations, and Credit adjustments. Keep the payment reference, but never send a complete card number, bank credential, password, or access token.
Request access to or deletion of personal data
The Privacy Policy explains access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability rights that may apply. A privacy or deletion request should identify the affected account and the specific task or media when known. The service may need to verify identity or authority, and some payment, safety, dispute, backup, or legal records may need to be retained.
Report prohibited content or a consent issue
Use the reporting channel in Trust and Safety when content may involve a minor, non-consensual intimate material, an unauthorized likeness, exploitation, or another prohibited request. Include the relevant page, task or media reference, what happened, and why you are affected. Do not redistribute the reported media or attach unnecessary intimate material.
Contact support with useful context
Include the affected account email, the page or route, the task or media reference, approximate time, and the error message you saw. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive media.
Help center questions
Clear answers about choosing a generator, uploads, Credits, task states, billing, privacy, and reporting.
Which generator should I use?
Use Text to Video when your project starts with a written scene. Use Image to Video when you have an image you created or are authorized to process. Text to Image develops an original still, and Image to Image requests a new version of an authorized image.
Which image formats and sizes can I upload?
The uploader accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images up to 5 MB each. The selected live model determines how many source or reference images are required or allowed.
How do I know how many Credits a generation needs?
The Workspace shows the Credit estimate for the selected model and output configuration before you submit. Change the setup to see a different estimate.
Why is my generation still processing?
A queued or processing task is still active. Follow the existing task status instead of creating a duplicate request. Processing time depends on the selected model and current demand.
Where can I find a completed video?
A completed generation appears in the output panel. Signed-in generations also appear in private History, where you can open and download a completed image or video.
What happens to Credits when a generation fails?
Reserved Credits are settled or released according to the final task outcome. Check the task status and Credits before retrying; a browser timeout alone does not prove the task completed or that Credits were consumed.
Where can I manage a subscription or Credits?
Use Pricing to compare published offers and Billing in the Workspace to review subscription state. The Refund Policy explains eligibility and adjustments.
How do I request access to or deletion of my data?
Follow the rights and contact process in the Privacy Policy. Identify the affected account and any specific task or media when known. Some payment, safety, dispute, backup, or legal records may need to be retained.
How do I report prohibited or non-consensual content?
Use the reporting channel in Trust and Safety. Include the relevant page, task or media reference, what happened, and why you are affected. Do not redistribute the reported media or attach unnecessary intimate material.
What should I include when contacting support?
Include the affected account email, the page or route, the task or media reference, approximate time, and the error message you saw. Never send passwords, authentication tokens, or unnecessary sensitive media.
